I Started working as a Supermarket's Graphic Designer And they have an in-house Sushi Chef, so I've been trying different Sushi dishes. 

Most people have a pre-conceived notion that Sushi is Raw Fish, it is not, as of yet I have eaten seven Sushi dishes and none of them have had Raw fish, although I am building myself up to trying one of the Raw fish Sushi Dishes in the future. 

Sushi actually means Vinegar or Sour Rice and Sushi is quite good, so far my favorite dish is the Salmon Philadelphia Roll but I also have tried the Cajun Crawfish Rolls, Spicy avocado Crab Inari, Chicken Spring Roll, Crab Skinny Spring Rolls, Crab Cucumber Rolls, Crab Philadelphia Rolls, Seaweed Salad, and Spider Rolls, Which are also very good as well. 

The term Crab In sushi is more commonly used to name an ingredient that uses a mixture of fish, rather then the actual crustacean. 
The Spider Rolls however, do contain very good fried softshell crabs.

when I have tried some more sushi dishes. 

 If you dont like Sushi it might be the place your getting it from, because I have tried other sushi from somewhere else and it just didn't appeal to me. 

It's not fair to try one thing and say you don't like a particular food type, when you have only tried one dish. I don't care much for most Seafood, but I have really like all the sushi I have had. 

 So long as your open to trying new things, you can find something you like, just about anywhere.
