I watched The Wolverine which is a Marvel Super Hero movie based off of the character James Howlett more better known as Wolverine and It was pretty nice I'd give it 3.5 stars. High points of the movie The movie had very good visual work done and Wolverine's claws both the adamantium and non adamantium both looked pretty cool. The movie did a fairly good job at showing how the aftermath of X-Men Final stand effected Logan. I really liked Tao Okamoto's portrayal of Mariko was excellent in my opinion, person who chose her really nailed it in the choice of an actress, when the mask came off it was like Mariko stepped out of the comic book. Low points of the movie I was really disappointed in the Language, really could have left that stuff out, even snuck in a F word. Had a lot of violence but it is an action movie afterall, had some medical scenes that would gross out squeamish people. During the movie Logan and Yuriko come upon a key character messing around with two half dressed women, which enrages Logan. MARVELNESS You Might have Missed Marvel Comics usually have a bonus teaser clip which usually hints at a future movie after the credits, so if you walked out Shame on you lol Because you missed a sneak peek at Days of the future past. Wolverine at an Airport, when metal starts acting toward magnetic energy, as people suddenly just seem to pause in place, Scene ends with Magneto and Charles Xavier talking to Logan. Usually Stan Lee makes an appearance in Marvel Comic movies but I didn't see him this time around, if you did

I watched Mugamoodi A multi genre Indian movie about a man named Bruce Lee who becomes a superhero to gain some respect from the woman he falls in love with. The English translation of the movie is (The Mask) and It was pretty good, I'd give it 3.0 stars. High points of the movie The movie had something for just about anyone. The movie did a fairly good job at showing how a Zero can become a Hero. The movie showed that we all have a choice in the kind of person we want to be. Low points of the movie To show how he went from zero to hero one of the first scenes is him carousing at a bar, drinking it up with his friends, and this is where the first musical number comes in. Sneaking around trying to see him without his mask The Love interest, Niece, and Nephew catch him relieving himself instead. Language was very very Minimal Although I don't speak Indian, subbing seemed fairly good On the English end. One of the bad guys was interrogated by police in just his shorts. Some Violent scene may scare some children not accustomed to the action genre, the antagonist also wears a horror mask for the majority of the movie. SPOILERS HIDDEN highlight text to read Viji's death, may also be upsetting to children. Contrary to most movies The Hero gets dumped by the girl at the end of the movie, being that the girl is a bit of a fruitcake this is probably for the best LOL Check out my Friend's Website http://www.gerardlavergnemusic.com/ His song The Breakdown is also available on Itunes. Been wanting to try this place out for quite some time, and went there today, located at 235 Enterprise Dr Suite B Houma LA 70360, outside looks very industrial, but inside is a different story, very well decorated. For starters, I decided to try their Bubble Tea, which was very good. Anyone that frequents frozen yogurt shops, should be familiar with the "Bubbles" that give this drink it's name. Bubble Tea is a combination of Tea, Fruit, and other goodness which can vary from place to place. I chose to get the honey dew flavored drink with mango flavored "bubbles" and it made for a delicious little treat as I waited for my appetizer. For my appetizer, I chose to get the White Bowl Wings, which also had drummettes as well. They were pretty tasty, and were laid on a pillow of cabbage, which looked similar to kimchi. My main dish came with a salad, of lime, bean sprouts, herbs, and peppers. Not a salad I'm accustomed to eating, but the bean sprouts were very cooling after I spiced up my main dish using the peppers, didn't care too much for the herbs, I found they tasted like black licorice which I'm not a real fan of. My main dish Pho (Brisket) I'm a fan of Miso (Herb and onion soup) which can be found at most Hibachi restaurants So Pho (Brisket) takes the goodness of Miso and kicks it up notch, with noodles and brisket meat, at least that is what Pho reminds me of. I would like to hear from you, what do you think came first Pho or Miso? I mentioned people that frequent frozen yogurt shops earlier in this post. Well if you bring your receipt from White Bowl to Bing Cherry, you will get 25% percent off your purchase. I'm not saying this because I'm a paid spokesman, I've just always enjoyed their yogurt. In closing let me give you my final feedback. Food 4/5 Food was fresh, and very good trying to decide what I'll get next time. Time 4/5 Timeliness of service was very good, and I didn't wait long for anything I order. Restroom+Decor 3/5 Restroom was very simple, nothing too fancy, but it was well cleaned. Service 5/5 Definitely was pleased with the service, had more than one person seeing to my needs, manager included, all were very nice, and made sure I was taken care of. Definitely look forward to dining their again, Tiffany and the rest of the White Bowl staff keep up the good work. |
